On July 23, 2025 the Handtmann Group of Companies and ACD Antriebstechnik GmbH, based in Achstetten, signed an agreement to take over parts of Handtmann e-solutions GmbH & Co KG with effect from August 1, 2025.
As part of this transfer of operations, the Handtmann Group of Companies is handing over the development and sales of the power electronics division (agricultural and municipal equipment, industrial applications) from the Handtmann e-solutions division to ACD Antriebstechnik GmbH. The water electrolysis sub-division will remain with Handtmann e-solutions GmbH & Co.
Both sides are very pleased about this important step, which builds on a long-standing, trusting partnership and successful cooperation.
Markus Handtmann, Co-CEO of the Handtmann Group of Companies, emphasizes: "With this future-proof solution, we have set the course for the successful further development of our business division outside the Handtmann Group of Companies. This will enable us to create a stable foundation that reflects our values as a family business and at the same time opens up new prospects for our employees and business partners."

This transition is a significant step for both companies and ensures the further development of the acquired business division.
