The sealed vacuum system ensures that air is evacuated from the product through an effective period of time, resulting in a high-quality product, free of air. The exclusion of air begins as product is gently drawn by vacuum transport from a reservoir into our vaccum hopper, where it is subjected to continuous vacuum. A feed auger gently transfers the product to the meat pump, where it continues to be subjected to vacuum. The sealed vacuum system works in perfect unity with handtmann's patented vane cell pump to provide precise portions with highest product quality.

The drive for manufacturing meatballs is connected directly at the outlet of the Vacuum Filling Machine. It feeds evacuated product continuously to the type 79-0. Two outlet diameters are available for products up to 50 mm and up to 70 mm. The economic advantages for the user are ensured by:
