Uniform portion lengths with the same weight, made possible thanks to the synthesis of the Handtmann vane cell feed system, state-of-the-art servo drives and Windows-based control system.
In addition, the benefit of voider portioning and an automated casing changing function are special features of the compactly designed PVLH 226; this means that up to 1000 portions a minute or more are possible, even with sausages in natural casing. Also typical for Handtmann is the flexibility of the new AL system -- it goes without saying that all types of sausage and casing can be processed. Easy operation and optimum handling provides support -- especially for inexperienced operators - so that maximum performance is achievable every day.
Handtmann's GD93-3 can be fitted with 3 plates for your final grind. When using this system for a final grind, it will give you an air content of less than 1%. It is available on the VF200 and VF300 only. It can be run in conjunction with all of Handtmann AL systems. It can also be attached to all standard clippers.
The supplementary 78-6 casing spooling device is used to increase productivity of "natural casing" products. It allows casings to be spooled onto linking nozzles quickly and gently.
