


The linking unit at the AL System has a casing brake which can be finely adjusted. The advantages of this to the user are practically no burst casings, high performance linking and long runs for all synthetic and collagen casings.
Like all the other settings, linking is regulated at the handtmann vacuum filler via a monitor control. The product is filled into the casing by a short, direct route, and securely linked.



In all AL Systems, the length unit is used to achieve consistent portion lengths. Variation in the caliber of the casings are evented out. Consistent sausage lengths are an advantage for all type of packaging. The exact weight is guaranteed with portioning through the vacuum filler.


With a cutting and length unit for accurate separation of portions and consistent portion lengths, the PVLS 141 makes it easy to enter and alter portion weights accurately and product changeover is quick. Seperation of the portions at the twist-links are reliable and accurate. The cutting mode can be selected. Short and direct filling passages guarantee gentle and smear-free processing, resulting in better quality and higher product appeal.



With revolving head. Two nozzles for shortest casing changing time (<= 2 seconds): during one nozzle is in filling position the casing for the other nozzles can be prepared and placed already on the nozzle Automatic back drive, Start with two hand operation. Revolving head rotates and moves in filling position. Operating option: Either revolving: 1x push button right hand side, then start with the two hand operation or directly move back into the casing brake (not with overlapped casing): 1x push button left hand side, then start with the two hand operation.



For equal length. The two belt systems create a gap to achieve a clean, centre cut in between two sausages. Uniform transport belt set up for the whole calibre range. Calibre adjustment is done manually via adjustment screws with digital display.
